Reset
Adjust your desk
Simply reach out and gently push the entire panel – either up or down – and have the desk move. Press until the table is at your preferred height. There you go!
If you have set a favorite height the desk will automatically stop for about 1 second, when it reaches the right height. If you continue to push the panel, the desk will continue to drive until you release it.
Set the correct desk height
In case the display does not show the correct desk height, or if you would like to change between inches and cm, it can be corrected. Watch the video to learn how.
Store your favorite sit-stand positions
Your panel can store up to four different desk heights. This helps you to always have the desk at your preferred height – sitting or standing – and ensures optimal ergonomics.
To store a desk position, start by moving it to a position you want to store. Then have a look along the edge of the desk panel. To the right you will see the ⭐‘star’ button. Press the button for two seconds. In the saving process, the light will flash twice. When the light turns into a static white light, your current position has been stored and you can release the button.
Your desk panel display will now show you a star and a number, indicating the place/number of your stored position, e.g. ⭐ ‘star’ 1.
To save more positions, repeat process
You can choose the order of your favorite positions. Adjust the desk to your preferred height – then push the star button and toggle through your stored positions. When you reach your preferred number (e.g. ⭐‘star’ 3), press and hold the button for two seconds. Now this desk height is stored as a favorite with the name ⭐ ‘star’ 3.
Erase stored positions
If you want to clear all stored positions, press and hold the ⭐ ‘star’ button for eight seconds. When the light strip along the edge of the panel flashes red, the action has been completed. You can now start all over and store new positions.
Drive to stored positions
Once you have stored one or more preferred positions, adjusting your desk between these positions is really easy. Push and tilt your desk panel – up or down – and hold the pressure until the desk stops at your stored position.
This allows you to change from sitting to standing (and back) without looking at desk panel at all.
Enjoy automatic drive (optional feature)
If your desk panel is a full version, your desk can drive automatically between your favorite height positions (‘automatic drive’). Activate the function by connecting your desk to the Desk Control App.
Now just double-tap the panel up or down - and your desk will move to the closest of your stored positions. To abort or stop movement before it reaches the stored position, simply just tilt/tap the desk panel again once, and the desk will instantly stop moving.

Ready to move? Receive sit-stand reminders
Do you want to be reminded to stand up and stay healthy during your day? Your desk panel includes a ‘reminder’ function – a light strip, showing you when it is time to stand:
- Green light: You are all balanced – no need to move yet!
- Orange light: Raise your desk, it is time for you to stand up!
- Once you have moved, the orange light will go back to green light.
You decide your sit-stand intervals
You get to decide how often you want to be reminded to stand, and for how long. We have pre-configured some intervals you can choose from. But you can also set your own. We recommend you start by standing up five minutes every hour. Over time you can extend the interval to 10 or maybe 15 minutes.
Note: Standing up too long is not good either. It is the change between sitting and standing that gets you all the benefits.
How to set a reminder
It is quite easy to set a ‘reminder’. Look at the edge of your desk panel – to the left is a 🔔 ‘bell’ button.
Push it in order to choose which of the three intervals you prefer:
- Interval 1 (one white block): ‘Remind me after 55 minutes of sitting’
- Interval 2 (two white blocks): ‘Remind me after 50 minutes of sitting’
- Interval 3 (three white blocks): ‘Remind me after 45 minutes of sitting’
As a default, your desk panel is to ‘Interval 1’. When no white blocks are lit, the reminder function is turned off.

How to connect
Press the Bluetooth® button for two seconds to enable the pairing mode. A flashing blue light appears. The desk panel display will then show you the Bluetooth ® ID for your desk (“DESK” followed by a 4-digit number). Open the Desk Control App and look for your desk ID in the list of “Desks nearby”.

Reset your desk panel
If you want to reset your desk panel, there are three options for you:
- Memory position reset
Press and hold the ⭐ ‘star’ button for 8 seconds until the light has flashed red. - Reminder reset
Press and hold the 🔔 ‘bell’ button for 8 seconds until the light has flashed red. - Factory reset
Press and hold the ⭐ ‘star’ button and 🔔 ‘bell’ button for 8 seconds until the light has flashed red.
