At LINAK, we take pride in good quality. We settle for no less than perfection - and neither should you. To manifest and express our confidence, we provide a 5-year warranty on all DESKLINE® products* used in kitchens, office desks and workstations – to name but a few.
This means that for a period of 60 months from production of DESKLINE Products, LINAK warrants the Products to conform to written specifications and to be free from defects in material and workmanship under use and service. Batteries only carry a 12-month warranty.
The fact is you will probably never come across a situation where you would need this warranty. Every LINAK product goes through rigorous testing and our DPPM (defective parts per million) rate is extraordinarily low. This comes as a natural result of using only high-quality components and world-class production facilities, staffed by competent and experienced personnel.
In other words, we have set a 5-year warranty as a standard – a benchmark we expect your LINAK solution or system to exceed with ease.
