In spring 1976, Hans Jørgen joined LINAK as a floor sweeper. He remembers that as a 15-year-old it was nice to earn some money while still in school.
Since then, Hans Jørgen continued his journey with us, trying a little bit of everything.

A couple of weeks after I started, a colleague said ”welcome home” to me and it was spot on – because I have felt at home from the very beginning! I have been met by colleagues who have not only been welcoming and helpful, but who have also given me the feeling that they truly want me to succeed in my new role. Help came in all sizes: from small specific things, like helping me find my way to a meeting room or a colleague’s office – to advice and pointing out unwritten rules – to invitations regarding cooperation and intros from colleagues in other functions and other LINAK offices.
With the openness I have been met with, being ”new” is not a problem!

Anna Lin was one of the first employees in LINAK China. Anna has been with LINAK for 15 years, and works as the Administration Manager today.
