LINAK Trademarks and LINAK Materials
LINAK is the proprietor of the name LINAK^® as a trademark and as a company name. LINAK is the proprietor of the arrow logo, individually and combined with the word LINAK and other trademarks marked with ^® or ™. You are only allowed to use LINAK Trademarks and Materials with LINAK products.

You are not allowed to use the LINAK Trademarks in a descriptive manner, use shall be in subject to the trademark law, and subject to these terms for use:

The LINAK^® wordmark must always be written with capital letters with the registered trademark symbol/trademark symbol.
The LINAK logo color is only allowed to be in black/blue, black or negative. The background of the logo should be presented on white or alternatively on a LINAK blue or black background.
You accept not to achieve any proprietary rights and agree not to use, apply for, or register trademarks identical or similar to the LINAK Trademarks.

You can use drawings and images of LINAK products and images of LINAK in the shape as displayed, and subject to these terms of use:

You are not allowed to use the Materials in a manner that may diminish, harm, or otherwise damage the reputation of LINAK, or the goodwill associated with the Materials and LINAK.
You are not allowed to use the Materials in a manner that is false or misleading or in any other way confuses the end user.
The Materials should always be shown and used as provided by LINAK
You are not allowed to let others use the Materials.

LINAK reserves the right to audit your use for compliance with these Terms.

These terms and other Information on the Website and any use thereof are governed exclusively by Danish law without regard to rules on choice of law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Terms shall be referred to the jurisdiction of the Danish ordinary courts.

All sales are subject to the LINAK Standard Terms of Sale and Delivery.
